Do NOT use this company. Extremely unprofessional. Nothing was done in a timely fashion. Impossible to get ahold of via phone or email. Address on all of their emails shows Douglassville, PA..come to find out they are actually in wyomissing, pa. No one will answer a phone call or voicemail. If I didnt spend a day doing detective work we would NOT have settled my clients home purchase…now weeks later we find out they still have yet to send in the info to record the deed for my clients. DO NOT USE!
