We recently travelled to Cancun with 20 people over the Christmas break. 10 Kids and 10 Adults. Rebecca handled everything, including 20 flights, booking the resort, transportation to and from the airport, extending the stay for a few individuals, and the resort switch for the extended stay.. Everything she did was perfect! Capital Area Travel Leaders and Rebecca are truly the best!! We won't go anywhere else for our travel needs!
Went to punta cana through delta package. My emails were not returned when asking questions. When a person was reached, I would be told they will get me the information I was looking for. But never received it. My husband set up the trip with friends and was not told of the harassment one would receive on the resort property to buy trinkets. Alyssa Hoppes charged me for two people even though the tour operator had a single supplement for much less. She said "Lol well the list prices are typically never correct and are misleading." I figure she burned me for about $4,000.00 and the owner was okay with that. Two of the other employees in the grand Ledge office agree that the price is never firm. I called LeeAnn Dayton at Capital Area Travel Leaders and said we wanted to go on vacation in one week. We wanted sun and sand and I told her what our budget was. She got us an amazing deal at the Barcelo Maya Riviera adults only all inclusive resort in Cancun Mexico. It was exactly the rest and relaxation we needed.
