Dropped off tub donation for Refugee Services. CAHP is doing wonderful work, especially at Walter French.
I purchased a home with CAHP. I have had problems with this brand new home since I moved in. My basement takes in water every time it rains. There is water coming in through the walls and in the floor. I have been completely ignored when reaching out to CAHP for them to take responsibility and fix this problem. I have been trying to fix the problem myself as a 68-year-old retiree on a fixed income. Also, my driveway is disintegrating. Have been here 3 times and have yet to be provided with the services that they advertise. Everytime I come in looking for housing assistance, they give me a piece a paper and shoe me away. Very cold, unprofessional, and a neighborhood leech.They are just a FORprofit business not interested in helping the community unless they see a benefit to their bottom line.

Not much help out there for someone that's single, with no children &/or senior struggling.
