This medilodge is run so well.We have the best nursing staff,Abey,Amanda, Agnes, Serena, David, Doug, Victor and many others.Our administration staff is top notch. If your looking for a place this is it. Also our CNA staff is great
Medilodge of Capital Area along with Heart to Heart Hospice did a wonderful job taking great care of my Dad. Yes, there was a slip here & there but overall the staff did the best they could. Family is very important when a person enters a nursing home, as family is needed more than ever!!
This place is very poorly run. Many innocent and decent ppl work here under terrible employment conditions often illegal and are mandated 16 hour shifts once at work due to a labor crisis that admin refuses to address be getting agency nurses and side to fill the gaps. Instead they allow more than double workload legal in the state of Michigan. Gross negligence and multiple narcitics mishandling felonies I've witnessed in my own care since being here.
