Had a question and called the office. Spoke to the office manager, Marlene. She was very professional and polite. Not only did she answer my question, but was able to get ahold of the appraiser and adjust the time he came. The appraisal itself was done quickly and accurately. If I need another appraisal, I know where to come. Great customer service is still in fashion with these folks.1

The worst appraisal ever!!! i got an appraisal from Robert Shimko and he did not see several comps that were under his nose but rather used lower comps to come up with an appraisal 15k under what i had an accepted contract on!! I had already received an appraisal 2 weeks earlier for what I had the house under contract for and then he comes in and destroys the deal.
