I did not know I could fight back with the insurance company when they underpaid my claim. I found out about Capital from my friend who had used their services when we had a plumbing leak in our house. The insurance company kept playing games saying they were going to come out and get us money, but that never happened. Two months later we had nothing until I got Capital involved. Everything changed and they did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend this company. They definitely did an amazing job!!
Listen up all insurance companies will take your money. But when it is time to settle a claim, most will low ball the estimate. Acting as if the money is their money. It is your money that you gave to them monthly over the years. DO NOT let them do this to you! It is their responsibility to act in good faith.
