This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kathy Anglin on a lakefront sale. She has great experience with these types of properties. She had my complete trust from having worked with her the first time
Kathy worked with our daughter during Covid to find her first home in the Austin area. Homes were going like hotcakes so Kathy would FT her (since she was living with us in Houston at the time) and walk through the homes. Above and beyond the call of duty. Ultimately our daughter decided to build and Kathy continued to FT her during the build. She checked on the home weekly and kept her updated. Kathy is a great real estate agent, and I couldn't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable of the area and has a ton of experience under her belt. She helped us purchase a home back in 2019, sell our house in 2023 while also helping us build a new home at the same time.
