5F part acquired from another VW dealership .not the correct part. It’s been over a month now⁉️Part is on back order,What can I say ?I am very surprised and disappointed.😔
I did not receive the usual feedback that I am used to. I had to call to check if my car was ready for pick up. 6+ hours for an oil change… not the same experience as I have had during the last 10 years. A call to let me know if they are super busy or running late would be appreciated.
Went in to take care of a recall on my GTI. I wasn’t provided a loaner too.
