I had an 8:45 appointment for an oil change. that I marked that I would be waiting for. The service manager told me it would be 1:45-2 hrs. He persuaded me not to wait and got me an uber. I had my son drive me back 2hrs + later and the car was not finished. I was told there were still couple cars ahead of me . I had other things to do that afternoon being it was already 12:45.
