Another shop did an oil change on my Miata and the oil plug fell out- draining my engine oil. I had the car flat bedded to Capo Mazda and Cyrena took control! She was very friendly, understood the situation, and her communication throughout the repair process was outstanding! This is what great customer service is supposed to look like!
