Horrible service! Wouldn't let me pay over the phone on day of service. Instead, require their customers to sign and fax a credit authorization (which required me to go to UPS store just to use a fax). Sent it but they apparently don't look at their fax, email, or voicemail. Worse, they still claim they never got it, even though I have proof of faxing.
