Great Location!! Has lots of potential and is finally being run correctly with the help from "Gloria Berg" Capistrano's President. Capistrano's LCAM (Robbie Garcia) is doing a great job! This community needs "Stronger Owner's" to get more involved.
Great Location!! Has lots of potential if the property was run correctly! Capistrano LCAM (Lori Waddick with First Service) is not very "Professional or Knowledgeable" and in my opinion she thinks she owns the community. This community needs a "Stronger Board" to get Capistrano back on track!!! And most of all the "Owners" that own there need to get more involved before the property values go down.
Huge condos have always been big. Have friends that are remodeling the stairs and porches. Fixing it up for safety. Has been there since I was a little girl. If I could afford it I wouldn't mind living there.
