When I arrived to CBR my first time, I felt as if my entire world had fallen apart. I was lost, scared and hopeless. Everyone there reassured me I would be okay, helped me build myself back up and supported my decisions. I spent 30 days inpatient at Capistrano Beach Recovery, it’s a really clean, healthy and beautiful house, both houses are just amazing and the staff it very polite and they really care. It really felt like a family and it makes time go by very fast. I loved the program and each and every activity they offer, I participated in everything- yoga, gym, acupuncture, meditation etc. just a cozy nice place to recover and get a fresh start in life.
