If I could give ZERO stars I would. My company placed a catering order for a business meeting that we hosted today for a local organization. The food was supposed to arrive at 12:30 and it is now 1:06, they said they never received anything and there’s no order to deliver. Instead of offering to rectify the situation and rush the food over as quickly as possible, they basically said there’s nothing they can do and I have to reach out to EZCater. Got take out from here today. Opened the bread and it was horribly moldy bread. I couldn’t trust the meal and just threw the whole thing out. Picture is attached. I don’t know how you could package this or have any pride in your job or restaurant.
We're a pasta family and these guys never miss. Pizzeria attached next door is also theirs if you just want a quick bite.
