We used Capilano heating and air conditioning LTD a number of times now. Juwan is very knowledgeable and thorough. He helped us figure out what was needed and replaced. Highly recommend him and his company.
I am more than satisfied about the new heat pump that Juwan installed for me to replace my old noisy ac unit. Unlike the other big name companies, he cares more about what is important to me than trying to make more money. His associates are also polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
I've worked with Juwan 3 times now, including a furnace and hot water tank installation. His communication is clear. His work is timely and clean. I've recommended Juwan to a couple other people and they, too, have been happy with him.
I had a terrible experience with Capilano Heating, I called then earlier about fixing my AC but before I could say much he told me to shut up and was being rude then left the call. Very disappointed.
