Terrible customer service. Promised to come and visit 2 weeks ago, kept me waiting for 2 hours, but never came, despite sending confirmation email the day before. When I contacted the next day the company rep accused me of my tone.
Reasonable price and good service, I ordered a tempered glass there, they said it will take 2 weeks but finally they get it ready in a few days
Recently had a piece of plexi glass cut for a window a/c vent. Was quoted less on phone than in person with screen in hand…2-3 business days.. ok. Last day the called, as they lost measurements! Had to go back… then they had no intention to get it done quick for me, through the weekend again. Jagged hole cut and jammed my vent into space.. had to leave it there again, a second time, and wait for owner to come back and get it out to fix the cut.
