Capilano Eye Centre is by far the best eye care centre I have ever been to. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the most warm and friendly staff. Sadie and Katy were awesome. Katy took care of my initial eye exam, and made me feel relaxed. The care I recieved from Dr. Doz was second to none. I was made to feel comfortable and provided with the best advice. The people here are always lovely. In this instance I was greeted super kindly by Pierce, who happily took my concerns about my old glasses and handed my over to Rob. Rob then helped me look up if my glasses were still being made as they were my favorite pair. Sadly they no longer make the same ones, so he helped patch them up as best he could so I can make it until late October when my benefits roll over. Whole experience was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful and made the whole appointment comfortable. Dr. Doz was great and did not feel rushed at all. Have been telling everyone I know to go here!!

This place was overall awesome but I have to especially commend and thank Debbie. Her professionalism and care were first class. This is what healthcare should feel like. She was very patient with me when helping me through the process of selecting a frame and ordering my lenses. She showed care, compassion, and concern. You could tell it's not just a job to her. She loves what she does and is concerned about your wellbeing. This is a great overall clinic and the experience was perfect from beginning to the end.
