Great service! Walked in with some damaged sunglasses and they fixed them and buffed them, on the spot no charge.
I owe you 5 stars. I made a mistake and didn't have my voice mail set up after changing carriers. I realized this after the fact and after being a grumpisaurus rex. I was frustrated with the delay but you did in fact try and contact me. I was not fair with you and you still got my lenses to me quickly, professionally. Lovely front staff and doctor. What prompted me to write this review was Debbie’s expertise and care when browsing frames; She was knowledgeable, honest, and really knew her stuff ! And even though I didn’t select a pair there, I appreciated that they had a selection of XL wide frames.
Have had my eyes tested and perscription glasses filled by this fine organization for decades. I would like to acknowledge and thank the following individuals for the excellent customer service they provided to me today: Dr. Doz, Alyshea, the tech that performed the 3 eye tests we all love so much and the young lady that patiently performed the refund for me. I would highly recommend shopping here for all your eyeware needs.
