I really wanted to love this clinic but unfortunately, their organization skills are not something I would like to deal with. I booked for a 2:00pm appointment with Dr. Skelter and arrived 10 minutes early. I left at 2:20pm without being seen because a 20-minute wait time should not be held as a standard for any health care you are paying for. The front desk informed me that I was booked at 2:15 but that was not at all what was previously discussed.

I have been seeing primarily Dr. Webster, and secondarily Dr. Skelton at Capilano Chiropractic for several years now, and both doctors are fantastic. Treatment is gentle but effective, and I have had improved range of motion, reduced TMJ, neck and joint pain. I have also received treatment for injuries over the past and credit both chiropractic treatments and the physio they recommended for my continued health.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years . Dr. Redpath was excellent. My latest experience with Dr. Webster was less than ideal. I was told that my herniated disc was probably the problem . There was no suggestions to use ice or heat. No stretches were recommended, but I should return the following week for another treatment . I did however learn that I was an adult and could make my own decisions as far as playing golf. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm 62 and hadn't quite figured that out yet . I've been going here for years. I first saw Dr. Redpath, then after his retirement I started seeing Dr. Tanti until he moved elsewhere. Now, I've been seeing Dr. Skelton and I am very happy with every adjustment I've ever had here. Besides the doctors, the ladies at the front desk are just lovely. Great place, highly recommend!
