I've been going to this place for over 6 years, so it pains me to have to write this negative review. I have simple rules when it comes to businesses, and I only leave negative reviews on rare occasions when these rules are broken in an extreme manner. My 2 most significant rules are: 1) Does the business respect my time? 2) Does the business appreciate customers and treat them well?
