Love this gym! Huge community built to support you on your fitness journey and support you to achieve your goals and have an amazing time while doing it! Larissa is the best and will keep you accountable!
I love going to this gym. I've never been one to exercise, but the Zumba and Urban Boot Camp classes are something I can actually enjoy. Larissa is a great instructor/trainer/owner! Also, the Nutrition Bar is a plus. You can get great teas and replacement shakes. Everyone there is fun loving and easy to get along with!❤
