The owner Larissa is GREAT, as well as the other people that worked with me. Larissa did a thorough assessment physically, nutritionally, and she asked about my personal goals. I recently moved to the area and was a bit nervous about finding a place where I’d feel comfortable getting back into a fitness routine—but CAP Fit has been such a wonderful discovery. Larissa (the owner/head instructor) made me feel welcome from day one. The environment is friendly and positive. Whether it be Pilates, Zumba, personal training, or any other class, everyone works at their own skillset/level with lots of encouragement to reach their potential and goals!
Love my gym! Been with Larissa over 6yrs., with interruption from health issues. She’s always there to support me and offer modifications to continue working out and getting back to where I was. She also supports me with nutritional guidance to stay on track for my health. It’s a full service gym that supports all my needs, physical, mental and community.
Fantastic!!! Love the vibes! Larissa keeps you on track!! Very fun!!
