Receptionist whom I spoke with today re: appointment was extremely rude. She pretty much called me a liar.
Dr. Cape’s has a great “bedside manner.” His work is always effective and efficient He has worked with me to implant five teeth for me and now he has extracted two teeth for me. His work is without flaw. I sure hope I never have to have any other Oral Surgeon work on any of my teeth. In 77 years, he’s the best Oral Surgeon I have had.
He inadvertently removed a molar. Didn't take necessary time to research just in hurry to get an implant doesn't want anything out of that realm. He would not even look me in the eye when I began to cry about what happened. Shrugged shoulders and walked out! Terrible experience!
The best oral surgeon and the kindest staff.
Very thorough! Took the time to explain the procedure and help my daughter feel comfortable. Extremely friendly staff! Dr. Capes even called the same night to check on my daughter and make sure she was doing ok.
Saw us last minute and was he and staff were great!
Wonderful experience with Dr. Capes and his staff. Great professionals and really nice people from first to last encounter.
Total satisfaction with Dr. Capes and his friendly staff. Tooth 29 was extracted plus implant placed and tooth 32 was removed.
