Terrible! The embryologist only got back to us after 4 weeks to give us bad news and instructions which we were required to receive earlier. Throughout the four weeks, we have been answering the same questions and emailing the same form. It was a time senstive situation, and she told us that we were not her priority. It could have taken her less than 5 minutes to type what she wanted to say in an email. She could have passed the message with the clerks. i don’t recommend anyone go over there , after 2 weeks of booking appointment they said the doctor isn’t available and i have to do exams and wait more?????
Great doctors. We were treated really well and have our third child because of them. They have helped us through every stage.
Today was mine and my wife's first time at this clinic but the good expiernce started way before we stepped foot in. I was calling around to see which clinics took our insurance the first place I called had such a rude person answering the phone. Caperton was next on my list and Kendra answered the phone so kind and answered all of my questions and got us scheduled. Today was our appointment and we felt very informed and happy leaving. Dr. Caperton is a self-centered, ineffective doctor. He pushed me into IVF because he completely bungled my IUI treatments, which felt rather intentional because frankly, he wants the IVF money. After I started my IVF cycle I learned from a nurse that he would be out of town during my entire cycle. After the cycle he callously called me out of the blue while driving, and he found it entertaining to describe to me everything he was encountering on his drive.
