The Caperton Fertility Clinic was a dream come true. We felt right at home, they included us in every step of the process, and with their technology and support, our first round of ivf was successful. All of the Drs and staff are amazing, especially Dr. Raff, who was with us every step of the way.

Overall disappointed. After a failed IVF cycle, the embryologist called to tell me that the IVF coordinator and doctor would call me to review the next steps. I never received a phone call or follow up message. When I would ask medical questions that I could relay to family members who work in the medical field, the staff would respond sharply by saying”what are you a doctor?”. I want to share my experience so other patients can make an informed choice. Medication not ordered. My assigned IVF coordinator failed to order a critical medication for a cycle I had already started and paid for. She also documented in my chart that she had called me about it. I pulled my phone records — that call never happened. Clinical questions answered by non-clinical staff. When I called with medical questions, I was routed to an IVF coordinator. After 3 years, 4 transfers, and more heartbreak than I ever anticipated, I walked out of this clinic pregnant with twins. I cannot overstate what that means, or how much of it is because of the people here. Just posting a follow up review. Unfortunately, my first review wasn’t favorable either. I had an endometrial biopsy performed by this doctor, and as a layperson, I found the results difficult to interpret. When I discussed them with him, I was essentially told that I would not be able to get pregnant because my adenomyosis was so severe that my uterus was beyond repair.
