We eat at Caper’s every 2-3 months (either dine in or carryout). This visit we were underwhelmed. Hubs had the lasagna (his typical dinner). Probably left half of it, said it didn’t taste as good as previously. I had cheese ravioli, filling and marinara had good flavor but crimped edges of ravioli were dry and hard. Made me think it had been par cooked (which a lot of restaurants do) and then microwaved at serving time. Our waitress was nice but slow. Lord have mercy! What an awkward dinner! The service was the worst. The waitress appeared intoxicated , coughed at our table NONSTOP, spit on my daughter while talking, asked who was on what bill no joke like 20 times AFTER she had written it down. Service was SOOOO slow and the food was mediocre at beat. If you order the bread and oil, they bring you a plastic cup with garlic and ths waitress says... let me go get the oil.🤣. You have to make it yourself ! We will not be back!

This is a great corner bar with good pasta. The pizza is good and so are the meatballs and appetizer. I would recommend this if you are in the maumee area.
