Before I mention the property the review by Catherine C's review 4 Jan is incorrect. We met the couple whose house had burned down and they are being housed in the cottage until they can sort out accommodation for themselves. I was also shown photos of the fire by one of the owners.||The guest house is a beautiful property, it is like a country manor house, the views are amazing and having a swimming pool is a bonus.||Many thanks to Jane, Michael and of course Wally.
Jane and Michael were fantastic hosts, my partner and I stayed 2 nights in the barn and had a really great time. The breakfast was delicious. Note that you do cook it yourself but that's part of the fun (there is a small BBQ and a banquet pan provided). The barn was quaint and had everything you need for a nice relaxing getaway from everything.
