Have had mostly positive interaction except for the last time I went. I have been a client of Jolene's for over 3 years and I'm usually early and have waited for her to finish up a client a few times. If I can't make my appointment, I'm courteous enough to call and reschedule. I have referred several clients to Jolene over the years as well.
