I did not like the service I received from Philesha, before, during and after it was provided. I called before my appointment, because I had a few questions to ask, concerning what to do to prepare for the cut, before going into the appointment and she never answered. I didn’t feel welcomed, she was not attentive, and my haircut is horrible. I asked for short layers to give my hair volume but all she did was cut the front of my hair which resulted in two front pieces of hair sticking out, and it looks ridiculous! Philesha is such a talented hair stylist. This was my first appointment with her. She listened to my ideas and went to work. My hair has been through a lot. Highlights, baby lights, color, and lots of flat ironing it to keep my mane in control. Now my hair feels healthy and the curls are bouncing back with joy! I’m definitely coming back. She gave me lots of tips on how to style it, what ingredients in products to avoid, and some tricks to give my hair more volume.

I hadn’t gotten my hair cut for 10 years after my hairdresser retired because I didn’t think I could trust anyone else. Philesha has changed the game! I went in first to have my very long hair trimmed and shaped, but soon was back to have it all chopped off. The last time I had my hair short I was not a fan, but Philesha has cut my hair twice into shorter styles that are actually flattering. Philesha is awesome, I love how she cuts my curly hair - I am very particular about my hair and I have loved every cut she has done for me. She is very knowledgeable about curly hair and is lovely to chat to. Highly recommended

Thus salon specializes in the diva curl line, which has products designed for all types of hair from wavy to very curly. I felt that Philesha took plenty of time to understand what I was looking for, and I can tell by the way she jumped in to cut my hair that she is confident and experienced. This was the first time I had her cut my hair. When she styled it, she used some deva curl products I don't normally use, and I'm not sure those products are my favorite for my hair, but that's what you find out when you try new product... read more
