I called the salon twice to confirm the email address of the salon. The staff member initially gave me the wrong email and then confirmed it again on my second call before finally giving a different one (my email was returned after the first phone call to the salon). On all calls, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never awknowledging my thanks or speaking politely. I got a haircut today. The stylist Chiara took care of me. She did an excellent job because I’m a picky person. It’s hard for me to find someone who can cut my hair. But I felt very comfortable and at ease. And honestly, it was quite fast. I will back
Just like the rest of the neighbourhood businesses, this place hires people who can barely speak English, this is unacceptable. Canada has 2 OFFICIAL languages and English is primarily used in Ontario. Encountering employees that cannot communicate freely in English is not very inclusive and makes me feel unwelcome as I do not speak the language they do. English is the language of business in Canada, without this common element things cannot run very smoothly or profitably.
Transformative hair design found here. There are some of Torontos most talented artists found at this location. The colour techs are experienced in all hair types. Products are all top of the line & available in house to be tried while having your beauty experience. Other beauty services available on location which also really interest me.
