Paid 160 for possibly the worst hairdo of my life… looks nothing like the picture. Had my mom redo it at home because no way am I going to prom like this!!! All of the Bobby pins are visible and it looks like a mess.
Two of us had our haircut here. The hair washer was rude, short and obviously did not want to be there and clearly wanted go home and made it known. The stylist with my sister who had a healthy full hair couldn't cut her hair properly. Made excuses. The stylist that cut my hair was insulting and useless. She said she couldn't cut my ends to make them even and chunky. I then went to a REAL salon had my hair cut and asked for even & chunky ends and viola! Done!!! Do not go to this salon. Amazing experience at Capelli Hair Salon! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the salon was clean and comfortable. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out — exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
