Unhappy with cut today. 2months ago she did my hair very well. Came back because it’s so hard to find a place where my hair doesn’t get chopped up. Had same issues as when I came 2months ago and she did a beautiful job….this round I must have had abuse me written on my face…because cut hair shorter than I’ve ever had it and said it was to balance out my hair loss problem I’m having in front….i suspect my short hair at back is over textured and thinned. I rarely switch stylists but my experience confirmed that a fresh start at times is worth it. All of the staff are welcoming and make you want to come back. The stylist gave me a cut I wanted and getting a complimentary trim between cuts Is a real value added.

I had the pleasure of visiting Nicky for my second curly haircut, and I'm just as impressed as I was the first time! It's been a year since my first visit, and she still nailed it perfectly. Nicky is so detail-oriented, really listening to everything I asked for and delivering exactly what I wanted. My curls have never looked better! She has such a talent for understanding curly hair, and I always feel confident knowing she'll give me the best cut. I love the results and will definitely keep coming back! Definitely one of the top salons in all the lower mainland! David is one of the best stylists I've ever known and his passion for hair is only surpassed by his love of his family and dogs. You will always walk out feeling amazing and pampered!
