Came back to Capelli after a year and had to book with Nicky again, she did my first cut and was amazing then, and still is now. Super friendly, listens, and nails the look every time. Highly recommend her
Unhappy with cut today. 2months ago she did my hair very well. Came back because it’s so hard to find a place where my hair doesn’t get chopped up. Had same issues as when I came 2months ago and she did a beautiful job….this round I must have had abuse me written on my face…because cut hair shorter than I’ve ever had it and said it was to balance out my hair loss problem I’m having in front….i suspect my short hair at back is over textured and thinned. I rarely switch stylists but my experience confirmed that a fresh start at times is worth it. All of the staff are welcoming and make you want to come back. The stylist gave me a cut I wanted and getting a complimentary trim between cuts Is a real value added.
