Got my hair done here, and unfortunately, the experience made me feel uncomfortable. My stylist repeatedly laughed with another stylist about how much hair I had and kept making comments about how much work there was to do. It came across as complaining about having to do my hair, even though that is the service I was there and paying for. Having thick or long hair shouldn’t make a client feel like they’re an inconvenience. I would have appreciated a more professional and welcoming experience.
He did my color light last week and gave me a keratin treatment today, and I am absolutely obsessed with the results. Honestly, what blew me away the most was how incredibly gentle and sweet he was with my hair throughout the whole process. He truly treats your hair with so much care and makes you feel so pampered. He is a total hair magician and I cannot recommend him enough! ✨❤️
