this used to be a good piercing studio but recently i went in to get three piercings. I was pressured to buy their piercing after care line all while claiming the aftercare that i already own was not effective enough. I used the after pierce exactly as they recommended which was “put it the fridge and then clean your piercings with it 2-3 times a day” and for the first time in my life all three piercings became infected! Went in today on a Wednesday 9/7/25 around 9:30am to get my belly button pierced and I’m so glad I chose Capelli Remi, the gentleman in the shop explained everything to me including aftercare and talked me through the whole process. My husband that came with me was very impressed with his professionalism and his quick and clean procedure. I haven’t been priced since I was a baby on my ears and so I was expecting the worst but, the pain was near to none and he made me feel very comfortable

Popped into the Bolton store this afternoon & the lovely Andreas was so warm & welcoming. I have earjunk & wanted to move away from silver to gold. All I can say is 'other' retailers products have turned my ears black - ewww. Anyways, my usual piercer has relocated so I ended up having another piercing to even up a little. Andreas was fab, changed all my ears over. I am a real adovcate for proper single use piercings. So pleased I paid a visit today. Thx, love my ew ear junk 🫶
have been going to capelli for years and had near enough everything pierced, the staff are so lovely and the experience is always so pleasant, very relaxed and very focused on customer satisfaction and communication when it comes to professial advice / piercing advice and aftercare.
