Had my hair washed and blow-dried by Olivia, and she was absolutely lovely! So friendly and easy to talk to, and she made the whole experience really relaxing. My hair looked and felt amazing afterwards — super smooth and shiny. She may be a first-year apprentice, but she’s already doing a fantastic job. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great experience visiting this salon. Myself and a friend are visiting Esperance. I called to book us a haircut each and got booked in the following day! We were looked after by Lucy and she was so kind and educated- answering all our questions without judgement. Our haircuts look great and she even gave us some free samples. 20/10 for customer service and the whole experience!
