I Love my apartment it’s very nice and quiet ! The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries and retail establishments, The pool and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management and maintenance staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. All things considered, I heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live in.
I have lived here for years and have had no complaints until the new manager hired her niece to work in the front office. We only have till the 3rd to pay our rent and Friday was the first when the rent is due and when I went to pay the front office was closed with no one to take payment. It’s inconvenient for us residents who have things of our own to do. Her niece says she was there when she wasn’t. Honestly moved in with the expectation of a comfortable living space and I found out that dream was short lived. There’s a roach infestation and I’ve contacted Erica and nothing has been done, however I gave her the benefit of the doubt so I attempted to contact her again and I was still ignored. I have a feeling the management doesn’t like being bothered so I guess this is going to get buried like every other concern or complaint
Don’t recommend this place!, bathroom was dirty when I got there, saw roaches running around also. Really bad customer service from that woman named Erika
