Horrible experience trying to speak to a branch manager. I have banked here for years but it’s getting to hard to have a conversation about your own account if you are not able to meet in person at a branch to do so.
Kelsey with CapEd in the Mortgage and Operations Center is wonderful! Super helpful, responsive and reliable. I worked with her when I refinanced my SUV earlier this year. During this process I learned that you don’t have to be an educator to bank with CapED. Also, more recently, I switched insurance companies and still had her email contact so I emailed her a question about submitting my new insurance info.
