If all people were as friendly, it's knowledgeable as Prompt and good at their job as Sky from the Meridian location that I had the pleasure of dealing with today. Cap ed would have a five star rating across the board. Just wanted to say thank you again for handling all my banking needs...

I don’t understand why this place has such low reviews, but in reality is a good place, workers are nice, with a good attitude, and desire to work. The process of making a new account is easy and straightforward, and the workers make it more easy, the place is really clean, have good atmosphere, good view and even have water, so overall this is a good place.
The fees increase and the member service goes down. Caped USED to be a wonderful place to bank, but anymore I almost feel like Wells Fargo would have less fees and better customer service.
Was assisted at CapEd by associates Dani Williams and Jen Libengood with the financing of a vehicle..amazing! More friendly and efficient that I could have imagined!
