Slow, Slow, Slow! It wasn't our choice to go here, however the company we are doing business with, works with these folks. They have conflicting information, when you call their number. And they are not friendly in person.
I opened a saving account with CapEd as a kid. After years of being a customer i got a charge on my savings for “dormant account fees.” I called and the service rep was super helpful and respectful but did explain to me that the charges would continue at $5.00 monthly if I didn’t close out the account or add money. If I hadn’t been aware of the money going out it would’ve been deducted indefinitely without notice.
The bad rating makes total sense now
