One of the most unhelpful companies I have ever dealt with. Responsibility is always passed off on to someone else's fault. My husband passed away in December and the only resolution they wanted was a 40,000 paid in full or repossession. Not only is that impossible but heartless as well. I then watched my daughter try to deal with them and once again, heartless and too busy to resolve anything. Choose ICCU. They were very compassionate and have went above and beyond to resolve any and all issues.
Very unhappy with caped. Constantly having issues with my card not working, but I keep having fraudulent charges taken out. Truly feel like my money is genuinely getting lost here. DO NOT BANK HERE

What a terrible bank. They act like they are a big bank. Terrible service. No understandi ng of client background or status. Finally able to dump them. So happy. Lots of good banks and credit unions around. Caped needs to go. Sounds like they are financially unstable anyways so hopefully soon they will be bought or just fold . Lastly read all of the responses back from the management. I have borrowed from this CU twice now, first was a auto loan which I had zero late payment over 30,000 dollars…. paid off, second loan 5000 I am at the tail end of the loan and made a mistake on the check wrote it for 200 instead of 250 they waited until the payment was almost a month past due before contacting me to let me no I was 36.82 past due ( I always write the check over by making it 250.00) and they have added a late fee of 15.00 I called to ask for there forgiveness and was told they don’t do forgiveness on late p... read more
