Fantastic service. Had issues on the way to Cape York. The guys were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get me on the road again in as short a time as possible
Very disappointed as i dropped some parts of to ask a simple question about them 3 days and two phone calls later i ended up driving back down and picking the parts up and going some where else. When i told the lady behind the counter If your to busy i’ll just take them some where else she literally could not care. If that’s there attitude towards customers what’s there attitude towards looking after your car and doing a quality job.
Wouldn’t recommend giving them your car to repair… they’ll cost you more in the long run to repair their stuff ups. Although it was one of the most simple cars to work on they still stuffed up. Disappointed is an understatement. 😕👎 do better Cape York Automotive
Having used this company previously. I was recently informed that they are not taking on any new customers. Must be doing ok then. Oh well, I will take my money elsewhere.
