The *********************** sent me to this dental office for an annual check up and x-rays on February 15, 2019. Once the service was complete the clinic filed the paperwork to the Logistics Health for payment. On April 14, 2022, I was contacted by a Mr. William **** telling me that there was an opened invoice with a remaining balance. He was extremely rude and it seemed he did not want to give any information out only demanding that the balance be paid by the end of the month or it would go into collections.
