We drove through the misty mountains and over flowing creeks until we reached Cape Tribulation Holiday House and instantly felt peace We all gasped when we saw the gorgeous yurt appearing before us! As you can see it is a timber yurt made with visually stunning hexagonal architecture. We were in awe! Incredible house in a marvelous location. You can experience the feeling of being immersed into the jungle, whilst enjoying the architectural beauty and comfort of the house. After having being there for four times through the past years, we can say it is the place to go when being in Daintree. Additionally, hosting and care-taking is impeccable. Nathan is a wonderful person, always available and ready to help at any time and the host has been friendly and accommodating. Hope to be there soon again.
Amazing property and amazing area, Short walk into the village with accommodating locals. The accommodation has a lovely warm and quiet feel about it and the local wildlife is next level. Incredible deck space looking out into the Daintree. The immediate gardens are both wild and well maintained, a huge array of fruit trees and the like. Definitely recommended.
Location Location Location!! Set back within a short 5-minute walk to the main village of Cape Tribulation is this gorgeous wooden 'Yurt' style house with a lovely garden and large beautiful entertainment deck. We loved this place for a few days getaway in the heart of the Daintree. Loved the fact that we were so close to the village and the Dubuji Boardwalk. Perfect for a Family or a small group of friends. Looking forward to seeing this place expand with extra cabins soon.
