Worst place I've ever lived. Abusive management that takes advantage of college students. Horrible maintenance. They put young college students with creepy 30 year olds at a so called college apartment complex. This same roommate was a thief but nothing was ever done about it by the management. The AC was broken when I moved in and it never got fixed. You're better off finding a highway underpass to live under. If cape trails wishes to discuss any of what I have written, they are free to contact me.
The rent here is honestly not worth what they offer. The price is too high for the quality, and the overall experience did not match expectations. Management and amenities need a lot of improvement.
Absolutely the worst place i have ever lived. Mold infested in every room and bathroom, even after bringing it to the attention of management they claimed that “it’s been painted over with mold killing paint it’ll be fine” maintenance basically refuses to do their job and conveniently “looses” every work order. when they do actually do work it is half assed and sloppy. Our kitchen sink leaked for months and molded and they refused to replace it until we threatened legal action. Our living room window leaks every time it rain... read more
