Top notch service and work. Great experience.
We are on vacation and lost one of our oil bath hubs on our boat trailer when we arrived on the Cape. I called CTR and they were able to look at my trailer the same day. They provided me with a list of options to repair and finished the repair quickly. Their prices were fair and the workmanship was top notch. I highly recommend them.
In a world where customer service is forgotten, Jimmy and the team understand it. He rebuilt my tired boat trailer and it didn't fit quite right. What did Jimmy and the team do? They showed up at the boat ramp and took the trailer and boat back to their shop to make it fit just right. I would recommend them to anyone. This company has all great guys!!!! I was basically broken down on side of road and the owner pulled over and offered me assistance with my trailer and to follow him back to his shop so he could help me fix it not looking for any type of compensation just wanting to help got back to his shop to have all of his guys assist me definitely a good group of guys that are hardworking and honest. Any of my future trailer problems that’s where I’m going.
