We had a delivery van get a flat nearby and Bob at the shop was excellent. He made sure he had the proper tire in stock and got our van back on the road asap. Truly great service from Bob and the shop.
Bryan went above and beyond to help us get back on the road in little to no time at all! Extremely lucky to have received this service so we could get home.
I am a tourist who visits cape cod once a summer. I was leaving the cape Monday morning - but had low pressure after a screw punctured my tire. I had the spare put on by AAA and took the vehicle to Cape Tire at 7am when they open. From this point on it was a professional ten star experience. I was immediately greeted; I was told they can evaluate the punctured tire for repair or replacement immediately at 8am. I was notified at 830 it could be repaired.
