Everything about our stay was wonderful top to bottom with the exception of the billing issue that I found when I got home. The pools and hot tub were very clean as was the entire property. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I honestly don’t have one complaint about the property or the quality of our stay. Very disappointed to say the least. The website is very deceiving! Nothing at all like the pictures on their website. The rooms need a general cleaning and paint . The room was very damp… carpet and bed linens were damp due to poor air conditioning. Bathroom was dirty… long black hair in the tub/shower. To use the coffee maker we had to put it on a chair to plug it in. Vending machines almost empty. I don’t get how they are getting such high reviews. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My stay at Cape Sands in Cape Cod was a complete disappointment. After driving several hours with high hopes for a relaxing weekend, I was instead met with subpar accommodations and management that clearly didn’t value guest experience.
