Extremely small park, easy to get to, beautiful view of the Mississippi River without the hustle of town
Very beautiful. Scenery, alot of traffic though. Scenic outlook was neat. I love looking at the big barges n boats. Keep up the good work guys. Not sure if this spot is part of cape rock park, it's across from the water treatment place. But, it is pretty cool if you like old mysterious places. There are live goldfish in this old water fountain. They are huge! Awesome place to stop and kill some time.
