I have called this office no less than SIX times to request a referral. I have spoken to a human only twice, but have gotten NO call back. This is in January, when it's slow in Stone Harbor.
Quite possibly the rudest front desk employee in healthcare. “This isn’t urgent care, we don’t take walk-ins.” Hope the physician is more professional than the staff
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. They are just the absolute best people. Everyone working at this office is so caring and hard working, and goes above and beyond to give patients the best care. I feel incredibly lucky that I get to have them all be my primary care doctors office. I would also highly recommend Dr. Roche, who is a wonderful and really great physician. Thank you all!!
