I just attempted to get an appointment for outpatient PT for a knee replacement. The scheduler seemed preoccupied and uninterested, as I was asked the same questions repeatedly and then was told she has no appointments available for me, none anywhere, until November. The entire conversation was frustrating and disappointing.😡
