Shawn did an excellent job listing and selling our vacation home. I live out of state but Shawn was able to meet with contractors and visit our home on a regular basis to make sure it was secure. He was even able to meet the buyers for final walk through in a snow storm due to their agent being on vacation and missing the closing.
Absolutely terrible. Will never rent with then again. West Yarmouth rental July 2021.
We recently rented a home for a week through this real estate office (the listing was on WeNeedAVacation.com) and after our stay, we received a letter from them on behalf of the home owner, withholding nearly half our security deposit for leaving the couch cushions “not in their proper placement” and sand on one of the bathroom floors. I have used this company for years, first to find me a tenant for an annual rental, and recently to sell the same home. They found me great tenants, and sold my house in 3 hours. They collected the monthly rent for me. Shawn is always available and pleasant to work with. They will handle all of your requests.
