Neglecting to inform us that insurance didn't cover the cost of a procedure. And an incorrect reading that my husband had a mass on his kidney, which he did not have, caused us to get a CT scan that wasn't necessary but we still have to pay nearly $3000 for it.
Cape radiology almost killed my husband twice. They collapsed his lung and sent him home and the doctor lied and said it collapsed after he left the hospital but the scans of the procedure showed different. Now they’ve misdiagnosed him with a blood clot in his lung he never had. The medicine he had to take cost us $401.00 copay. The medicine could have killed him sense he never had a blood clot in his lung. I want the name of the idiot that read his scans. I want him fired. 😡
I have been sitting for 45 min in an empty waiting room with my 96 yr old mother. waiting, waiting, waiting.... and still waiting. I am sure other imaging groups are available.
Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m severely panic-prone as well as claustrophobic due to other medical testing I’ve experienced for ear issues... so an MRI was frightening!! I could’ve NEVER made it through the 2O min. MRI today without Jane, Dawn and Especially Kelly who held my hand throughout the test!! I highly recommend Cape Radiology and their wonderful and professional MRI technicians, for me, their kindness will never be forgotten and always appreciated!! There billing sucks
They don’t care. Dr. Gill sent my fiancé home to die with a collapsed lung knowing he’d already lost 2/3 of his other lung from cancer. We didn’t find out it was collapsed until 2 weeks later at the cancer institute. An outpatient biopsy turned out to be an horrible 4 day stay in the hospital. � I called wanting answers and disputed the bill. They said they wanted a letter. They will be getting one from our attorney.
My daughter was hit head on by an underinsured driver who was under the influence in January, the insurance still has not paid the bills, so they sent it to collections. Way to kick somebody when they are down. She suffered serious injuries that required surgeries, had to miss work, has been battling with the insurance to pay what they owe, has to testify in the criminal case against the driver who hit her reliving all the pain & suffering, and this company adds to her stress as she moves away to start graduate school...nice... read more
Had hip injection with flouoscopy done twice. Drs are awesome! Staff is very nice.
Dr. Gill was my IR doctor. He has such a nice bedside manner. My procedure went so well. Thank you.
