Dr. Fadul is a good doctor but one of the nurses there has a smart mouth and bad attitude her phone etiquette is awful! I just wonder if there is someone near her listening and allowing it. She is nothing like the rest of St. Francis staff which is kind and compassionate.
Dr. Asad truly cares for his patients. He made our grandma feel safe. We are glad to have experienced such great care.
The receptionist was kind. The doctor I saw was not. He was haughty and rude - cutting me off while talking several times and not listening to what I was saying. Communication is terrible. Only gets two stars because the receptionist was so kind.
