While I do feel the staff take good care of their patients, the front desk employee is not helpful, curt and rude. She acted bothered to help me
Dr. Fadul is a good doctor but one of the nurses there has a smart mouth and bad attitude her phone etiquette is awful! I just wonder if there is someone near her listening and allowing it. She is nothing like the rest of St. Francis staff which is kind and compassionate.
Dr. Asad truly cares for his patients. He made our grandma feel safe. We are glad to have experienced such great care.
