I went into Cape Pool & Spa with some questions around my hot tub. The staff was incredible and not only did they take the time to explain what the issues were, they provided a fix and wrote out instructions on how to remedy the situation. The level of customer service was awesome and there was no pressure to buy a bunch of chemicals or materials to resolve my issue, they simply provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Dawn, Joe and the crew are amazing, we have been using them for about ten years and they have never let us down. They always answer my calls, offer guidance on water issues and show up when promised! I could not have a pool without their help!

Big shout out to Joe and family at Cape Pool and Spa. These guys are awesome. I've had some problems with my old spa recently and these guys stepped up to help me out big time. They provided me with the info and service I needed to get my spa back up and running. Communication was prompt and quality of work was top notch. Would highly recommend this family run business for any of your pool/spa needs.
