The doctors are amazing they really listen
At this moment, I see why people are going to Mercy and getting billed to death. This place made attempts to contact me to reschedule me, just fine, but to remind me of my next appointment was a miss. This place’s schedule is a joke. I made attempts to contact multiple times to make sure I was late, but showing up at 3:20 was not acceptable for a 3pm appointment that was set for 3:30pm.
