I would highly recommend any family considering this place for their family member to highly reconsider. The lack of care, cleanliness, and attention to the residents is absolutely abhorrent. If I could rate it 0 stars I could. Will forever be warning all of my family, friends, and anyone else whom I come into contact with about this atrocious place.

My mom was only at Cape Memory Care for a few short months but she was very well cared for in that time. The staff was very caring and attentive and the leadership team was great. I truly felt that everyone involved in my mother's care was invested in her well-being and they were very kind to her as she was passing. I also appreciated the support they provided to our family as we were trying to navigate the difficult challenges that having a family member with memory issues presents. My father moved into Cape Memory Care in the middle of January this year and the reviews made me hesitant but after his admission I felt driven to write a review myself. My dad has thrived within this community. He is treated with respect, patience, and dignity. The decision to place a loved one into any facility outside of their own home is a heavy decision.
