rude staff & doctors
Usually a long wait time but any other clinic is usually the same in my experience. Other clinics did not have the same compassion and patience as here though. The doctors here always get my family and I exactly what we need and in an efficient manner once met. Worth it being my family doctor for nearly 20+ years.
Front end staff were friendly and helpful. Intake papers were unnecessarily invasive. The female black doctor has terrible listening and communication skills. She interrupts and jumps from topic to topic and then back. She lacks organization and any type of calmness. She was condescending from the word go. I’ll never be back
Waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment and decided to reschedule. And 1 hour for the second appointment to see Dr.Lowa, she was not "Family Doctor" friendly. Was not helpful, did not understand what I was talking about. I felt like she wasn't hearing me and had no patience or concern for my well being she seemed very annoyed.
