I used one of the parking machines near the shops in Cape May and the machine did not print the ticket. I entered my credit card again and two tickets came out. I called the phone # on the parking machine many times only being told an operator and the backup operator are not available. I contacted the Public Works staff on their website via email with a picture of the two receipts still attached. The response I got was sorry but we don't give refunds.
